Ways to obtain a Visa:
The Turkish citizen aspiring to travel to Vietnam can apply for a visa at the Vietnam embassy. The second option that they have is to go for a VOA (Visa on Arrival).
Embassy Visa:
Vietnam established its embassy in Turkey in the year 2003 and since then this embassy has been taking care of the travelers here. The embassy is located in Ankara and works from Monday to Friday.
1) For applying for a visa, you need to fill up the visa application form that has been made available at the embassy website as well as at the office.
2) Take this form and affix your latest photo to it. In addition, make sure that your passport is valid because you will need to submit the original passport along with it.
3) Along with the application, you will need to pay the processing fee either in cash or via check to the embassy.
4) Take the form to the embassy or send it via mail if you stay far from Ankara. A successful form will let you have your visa in 3 to 5 business days.
Visa on Arrival:
This is a very smart way of planning your journey. A VOA is issued by the Immigration department of Vietnam once you arrive at the Vietnamese airport. We specialize in arranging for VOAs and ensure that your arrival into Vietnam is as smooth as it can get.
1) Simply fill up an online form with us requiring some basic information only.
2) Make a payment for the processing fee. You do not need to get involved with any kind of paper work.
3) Once submitted, we will get a visa approval letter in your name from the immigration department and send it your mailbox within 2 working days.
4) This letter is sufficient for you to arrive at the airport in Vietnam. The officer will verify your letter with your passport and then stamp your visa.
