You will obtain your approval letter within one or two days via mail.
You will require keeping a hard copy of your approval letter and two passport size photos on visiting at airport of Vietnam.
You will get visa by paying stamping and service fee.
In another case of non air travelers they don’t require to visit the airport of Vietnam with approval letter they’ll require to visit Embassy of Vietnam which is not located in Tonga so you will need to visit your nearby country Mexico where Vietnam embassy located with your approval letter, two pas port size photos and all required documents.
