The stamping charges in this situation are required to be paid at the time of arrival on the Vietnam Airport along with the Approval letter and other mandatory requirements. The Immigration Department of Vietnam is available at the airport from where the citizens of Ivory Coast can get their Visa stamped after paying the stamping charges.
