2) You need to fill up an application form that can be obtained from the embassy or downloaded from the website.

3) Fill up this form and attach all the relevant documents and a colored photograph. The process also requires that you submit your original passport along with the application form to the embassy. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of departure from Vietnam.

4) This form can be taken by you to the embassy personally in its working hours or you may also choose to send it via a postal service if it is difficult for you to visit Brussels. You may check with the embassy if they accept online applications.

5) At the time of application, you will be required to pay a processing fee. Enquire with the embassy the currency that they prefer. The fee can be paid in cash or also through a check in the name of the embassy.

6) A successful application will get you a visa in the next 5 to 7 working days. Send a prepaid envelop to the embassy with your address so that the embassy can ship the visa to you. Once you receive the visa, carefully check it to ensure correctness of the information. In cases there are any mistakes immediately contact the officials at the embassy.

7) This visa will get you an entry into Vietnam through road, water, or airways.
