Located in the heart of the Bac Lieu Town, Bac Lieu Province, Western Villas was built with the Western architecture features in the early 20^th century that have spacious surroundings, symmetrical architecture, and tile-covered roofs.

Different from others provinces such as Can Tho and An Giang, Bac Lieu still owns many western-style buildings include the villa of Bac Lieu Mandarin’s son, which stands along the river, and other buildings situated in the Hang Me Park, such as the Administration House, the court, the Bo Mansion (the building of the head mandarin) the Son quarter official building, and Dong Trach. Currently, the buildings are served for the provincial Library, the People’ Court of Investigation, and the office for the Bac Lieu Newspaper.

Located in Vinh Hung Commune, Vinh Loi District, about 20km from Bac Lieu Town, Bac Lieu Province, Vinh Hung Ancient Tower is popularly known as the only building built in architecture style of Angkor of Khmer inhabitants, which is particularly preserved in the Mekong Delta.

Built in 1911, Vinh Hung Ancient Tower (alternatively known as Luc Hien or Bhad Dhat Tower) is considered one of the historical heritages in the South area.

Located on the bank of Bac Lieu River in Bac Lieu Town, Bac Lieu Province, Quan De Pagoda is the unique architectural structure built by the Chinese origin people.

Built 1780 by Chinese and Vietnamese inhabitants, Phuoc Duc Temple (Bang Pagoda) is the ancient temple of Chinese origin community in Bac Lieu Province to worship God of the soil of the land Ba Thac including Bac Lieu, Soc Trang and some other near places.

Located in Hamlet 4, Phong Thanh commune, Gia Rai District, Bac Lieu Province, Noc Nang field is recognized as a historical and cultural monument by the Ministry of Culture – Sport – Tourism.

Located 7km from the Bac Lieu Town, The Xiem Can Pagoda exists itself as the biggest pagoda of Khmer community and the most splendid pagoda in the South Vietnam that feature rich Khmer culture with its unique architecture style.

The impressive architectural design of the central chamber in Xiem Can Pagoda features motifs showing the beauty of culture of Khmer people in its details such as the domes, walls, pillars, doors, and stairs. There are many images of fairies and monsters engraved in the body of pillars. Besides, steps of the stairs were carved with the Nagar Basilisk. Coming to the central chamber of the pagoda, you will clearly feel like stepping into a different world of spirit silence and comfort. Following the two main walls, there are many embossments and wall-paintings, especially the wall-paintings expressing the life of Gautama Buddha from his birthday to his death and the wall-paintings express Ramayama Epic.

Location: located at Ward 3, Bac Lieu Town, Bac Lieu Province, Minh Pagoda was built by a group of named Minh Huong headed by Tran Thiet Thuan, the chairman of VInh Huong Village. The pagoda was originally constructed from 1890 and completed in 1923.

Located about 6km from Bac Lieu center, the longan garden of Bac Lieu is famous for the big fruit, thick and fleshy pulp, small seed, and its sweetness and perfume. Highly raised by the sea for years, garden area has been spread from Nha Mat Ward to An Trach Dong Commune.
