Unlike visa on arrival in some countries in the world, in order to get “Visa On Arrival” at Vietnam, you must have a visa approval letter from the Immigration Department of Vietnam which allows you to pick up your visa on arrival at the international airport of Vietnam.
We are able to arrange for you letter of approval, so you can easily pick up your visa on arrival Vietnam at your destination airport.
You are advised to stop at the landing visa counter (also called visa on arrival office) to pick up your visa before checking in at the passport control.
E-visa of Vietnam is accepted at all ports for checking into Vietnam including airports, seaports and land-crossing borders, however, it is only valid for 30 days with single entry. Those requiring multiple entries or longer than 30 days should choose the visa on arrival option, not the e-visa.
* If you want to stay in Vietnam for more than 30 days or want a multiple-entry visa, choose option 1 or option 3.
Getting a visa at the embassy of Vietnam requires applicants to submit their visa application form and documents directly at the embassy.
You are advised to contact the embassy for further information (opening time, documents required, visa application form, fee,….) before traveling to the embassy.
